First time posting although have been here for 21 months now, this was when my ex was first arrested. Throughout he has maintained that he hadn't looked at anything illegal unless it was without his knowledge (look of legal age). Recently had second interview and two category A videos were found and were said to be aged between 14 and 16. He is convinced they looked old enough and expressed this during interview, how would he of known otherwise that they were underage. Does this make a difference? Hes answered all questions during both interviews. Im not sure what to believe just concerned for my own children of this comes out. Case is now with cps, is it likely he will be charged? Anyone been in a similar situation in regards to ages of the poor victims?

If you've read this far thank you. Just want it all over now. So angry at him it has completely consumed the last 21 months of my life.
