Sentancing guidelines for specific offences

Sorry not to have a clear answer, but it seems there are no absolute guidelines. Each court, area, judge, magistrate, varies in how they might sentence, and also it varies from case to case.
If he is 'only' charged on the two counts hopefully his outcome will be better than if there were more, but there is no guarantee.
Perhaps call the helpline and see what they say? And ask the solicitor.
