My husband is soon to be considered high risk

We've worked with SS and recently they put us in PLO to fund an assessment for me....but suddenly my husband gets a court date over an accidental breach.....will I be punished? Will I be ok with my kids? Will I be punished and have my children stolen away , I'm here crying and petrified, they say we work with them and understand it all but will just these breaches cause me to be punished



I'm so broken :(



is there hope for us, he is my soulmate but my kids take priority always, I don't want all this judgement any more
