So, my person has had first visit from a mosovo and awaiting probation.
he has been told to prepare for the worst and prepare for a prison sentence. 5 images, 1 cat a and the others c.
what do we do????
How on earth do we prepare.... he won't cope....
been suggested that character reference will help, but what as a mum do I write??

That must have been hard being told that as an outcome.
Have you spoken to yours sons solicitor as to possible sentencing? From what I've read and seen in the papers you would not be looking at a prison sentence for a low number of images more likely an order of some sort unless more charges have been made alongside?.
Character reference would definitely help. The helpline might be able to help you with this. Could any other family members write one to.
