Social services finally closed there case after a long 2 years in july and my husband was allowed to move back home. Everything has been absolutely amazing. He has followed every rule as carefully as possible. His phones been monitored and everything was going so amazing and we was just starting to relax and enjoy life without waiting for the next bit of bad news. Then bang. Friday morning we got a knock on the door, they see he had a youtube username he didnt declare to him (his phones been monitored for over 2 years and every 3 months a police officer has looked at it and seen youtube amd its never been an issue) and see he deleted a WhatsApp message he'd sent to a customer. They arrested him for breaching his shpo, he appeared in court sayurday and is up for sentencing in January. The police but in another referal to social services because they said they aren't happy with my two youngest being in our room still- even though social services knew all this when they closed the case ive never hid the fact my babies still share my bedroom. We've completed all the courses social services asked of us before and ive completed parenting assessments. We worked our arses off with them for them to close the case just for this to happen. The police said theyre going to keep making referrals all whilst I choose to stay with him and support him. Ive already ordered bunk beds so one of the babies can go in with her older sister. Im not sure what to do about my youngest he still wakes up 3 or 4 times in the night. But I am absolutely terrified what that means. Ive got back in contact with my old social worker today but shes on holiday so ive emailed social services they said theyve forwarded it to the relevant department. Im absolutely terrified how this looks but it was a genuine mistake. What can I do.
