Physical health issues caused by stress

I'm wondering how many of us find ourselves having developed chronic health issues during the course of our person's legal processes. It's been almost a year since our knock, and for the last 2 months ive been backwards and forwards to the GP, getting no conclusive answers, until last week when they mentioned the possibility of fibromyalgia/FND/CFS- all of which can be triggered by high stress or trauma!!
Now it may be completely unrelated as I have family members with two of those conditions, but I have to consider whether this situation might be the cause. Has anyone else been diagnosed with a chronic health condition since the knock? It's just another thing for the families that goes without being considered!
