For those who may have seen any of my previous posts. You'll know ive had a rocky ride with SS. We have been downgraded from a CPP to a CIN as standard procedure after being on a CPP. Now for our entire time back on a CIN SS have said: they have no concerns, this is just part of the process to close the case.

We are nearly a year post sentence, we have been living under the same roof for nearly 6 months. SS werent clear with what happens going forwards, so i thought hey a safty plan will make them happy and allow our case to be closed nicely. How i was wrong!! So despite me mentioning this litrally at the last CPP meeting. It was never done. SS we had a safty plan which is essentially copied and pasted sections from our current ongoing plan which was written without us. Now they want this to be done with us, fine! I dont mind, theyve put incorrect information like child cannot communicate their needs. They might be under 3 but that child can 100% tell you - who hurt them, where, what with, how many times, where the incident happened and when it happened. Shes a bright little cookie.

But now they want unnancounced visits. Why! Seriously why! He has been assessed my professionals as low risk. His probation officer has zero concerns. Ss have no concerns for months, hence why they allowed us to move back in together. Theyve been told off while we were on a CPP by the chair for adding new goal posts to meet before we coule progress off of a CPP. It feel like theyve just not learned. It hasnt helped we have changed SS worker too.

What do I do? I want to write them an email requesting an explanation further as to why theyve added a new goal posts to coming off of the CIN, when they have no concerns. But im not the best at not coming across defensive. When all I want is them out my life! Im sick of wasting 30 minutes of my life hearing the same and saying the same things after not being able to do much on my day off because they always want to come late morning. Having a toddler this actully restrictions where I can then go as we have to be back for an early dinner as bed time starts at 6pm.

Hiya, such poor behaviour on SS's part seems to be par for the course :( You could try putting in an official complaint?
