As we are waiting on cps decisions I just wondered what happens once the charges get authorised? Do police make you go back to the police station to collect the paperwork with the threat of rearrest if you don't go, or do they send it through the post as they did with bail extensions? Living miles away from the custody suite isn't helpful as it costs £25 for return train tickets. Also does the paperwork include court dates and times or do they send you that afterwards?
