So my ex(we split 2019), the father of my child, was arrested end of June 2025 and has been on bail since.
(He's got a child with current partner, he's admitted to everything - sending and viewing IIOC(Already existing ones), 11cat a, 1 cat b, 1cat c.)

Yesterday we had another of our visits that I supervise. He told me and my child (who knows everything that their dads done) that the investigation is done, NFA no evidence etc so "everything can go back to normal".
I am so confused, angry and frustrated. Apparently he was told 2 weeks ago through a phone call from the police, they've made SS aware of the outcome and they're checking to se if he can "return home"(even though he's been there the whole time..) and they've said that I have to contact SS if I want anything regarding my child?

I just don't understand how everything can just "go back to normal" because NFA but we all KNOW that he has done it? It doesn't mean he's innocent? He admitted he's done it, and his excuse was "well I have a porn addiction and one thing led to another".. KIK reported him to the police, and there is evidence!!



I don't understand and I am so uncomfortable sending my child to this man now, it just doesn't feel right or safe?? I don't understand..
