Hi everyone so my husband's court case has been and he has plead guilty to exposure and due for sentencing on 7th.My nerves are gone incase my address is in the news as our local press seem to have a fixation on this lately and because he was released on bail apparently my address will be made public knowledge.
Not only that but his 2nd offence of 1 category A pic on the computer is about a year away and we have been told that although he has got counselling and everything as soon as we had the initial knock that they will view it as having previous.
We had a knock in dec re exposure and a month later about pornography they just happened and although close together will be apart and so his sentences for the 2nd offence will be harsher even though at the time of it happening it was his 1st offemce and they already would have had information re porn but not actioned it.

In sentencing they considered my partner's work on rehabilitation. But once sentenced and working with probation they said they assessed him as before the knock (which is stupid I agree).
I recommend to provide letters of reference from friends and family to be submitted to the judge to provide info on their personality and character and what they have done to turn themselves around.
Can't say what to expect conviction wise since the solicitor is the best source for that.
