Here we go again!!

My ex husband went to court June 2019 for iioc got 8 months suspended sentence and 10 years in register, it was in the paper and all over Facebook, luckily there was no photo. At that time the one thing that terrorised me was it going in the paper! So 9 months on and the idiot has f**ked up again, he didn't register a device, so now he's going back to court in July and all my fears and horrendous anxiety is back, can't sleep or eat again, so scared it will be in the paper and online again, but this time with a photo! I've managed not to let my little girl find out what her father is and done and know he'll probably have to go to prison and again there is a chance someone will see the paper and tell her!! I hate him all over again, how could he do this to us AGAIN!!!

They didn't find anything on it, he's saying it's an oversight, you'd think he would be on top of all the restrictions, in fear of going to prison, I just don't know what goes through his head, he pretty much buried his head in the sand through all of this!

Hi Lost123, he could still go to prison because it's within his suspended time of 2 years, I believe it was an accident but that is still not an excuse, he should have all the rules memorised, if it was me I would make sure I was doing everything I was supposed to do! And now he could have possibly put us and his daughter in danger again. I suffer with anxiety and with this virus it's through the roof, now this ontop.
I am so so sorry. I have no advice but I'm so sorry he has put you and your family back in the spotlight.

Sorry you are going through more hell and anxiety. These men are so stupid, they just don't seem to think.
It is possible that during CV they will want to keep as many out of prison as possible. Just a thought and I could be very wrong, but I hope you can cope with this unnecessary turn of events. Sending love and strength. Xx

I've been in contact with the courts, because I know he won't tell me the court date, and they have scheduled it for after, hopefully, this CV is over, they told me if it goes on longer they will move the date. At the moment it is 2/7 do I can relax a little bit about that, but I know I'll be in a state of panic when it gets closer. Xx
