Dear all, I'm new, I am quite excited, as I've been looking for this for a long time. I have a daughter, she is 4y. For us, the thing started backwards. She started by telling me that he did things. And then I discovered that he was also consuming stuff and had it stored on his computer. Thing is, that I files my complaint based on my daughter's account. And the case was dropped within two weeks as there is 'no proof'. Apparently, my daughter is too young to be able to tell anything worthwhile. And I am 'mentally ill', I must be, when I have such crazy ideas and convince my daughter to support them. This is not my opinion, but the opinion of child protective services, family court (he applied for sole custody after my first account to the police, based on his motion of my insanity). And we have shown the pictures the possessed to the family court. But apparently, this is no evidence to support my daughter's claim, but just a thing some people do. According to the court expert, this is no proof that he could be dangerous to my daughter.
I'm shocked to the core, I really am. And moreover, the court expert has officially stated, that the first should grant him sole custody, based on my outrageous claim, which is used as proof that I must be mentally ill. It's like everything is backwards, and it drives me nuts (lol).
So his claim that I mistreat my daughter was without proof, but apparently, my claim that he might have hurt my daughter is proof that I mistreat her.
I'll really feels like a strange and twisted conspiracy, and my daughter will very soon be completely unprotected, should the court rule accordingly.
We have split up after he hit me when I confronted him with my suspicions, and after he moved out, he told the police and court etc. that I was violent for years, which is untrue, but seems to stick and us used as further basis to give him custody.
It's like he's read the 'first aid help manual' for people like him, and it's working. Quite desperate actually.
