Hi everyone hope you are all keeping well.

Just a quick question, just wondered if anyone has had a LFF practitioner call back? If so did it help to understand things better? When I rang the helpline they said it might help me.

Hi flossy

Yes I had a telephone call back. I'm a long way from LFF offices so would have found it hard to attend a course so I got a call. In the end I had a 2 hour face to face counselling session which was excellent and helped me. I was offered a course remotely so like Skype but at that point it wasn't going to be useful so didn't take it up. I paid £85 for the session which would have included the full course as well if I'd wanted it. Hope that helps.

Yes thanks Annp for your reply I've booked to talk to someone. Hopefully she might be able to clarify some things for me, also councilling was mentioned. Then i might be able to try to move on from this horror.
