So I posted last week about how the police had been InTouch about me viewing some photos on my husband laptop to make sure they where of me. I got my husband to phone the solicitor to make sure that this was normal and he said it was fine.
But now I am confused as my husband solicitor has phoned me to ask when I spoke to the officer and to say that he had also spoke to her as well today and now she dose not need to see me but she told me that she dose need to see me so this has messed with my head a little
Has anyone else experiencing this with the police at all

The police phoned me directly and asked me to look at some photos. They hadnt informed my husbands solicitor and ive never told him or his family that i had to view them. The judge on his case wasnt happy with some of the evidence.
I viewed stills of children under the age of 1 and was asked if any were my daughter. I also had to identify stuffed teddies and bedding. Luckily none were my daughter. I then had to look at a watch and say if it was his.
I wont lie it was a horrible thing to do i didnt see any abuse but i saw the faces of babies who were abused. I was lucky that none were my daughter.
I think that if there is any doubt the police will ask us to look at these thigs. I would go with whatever the police have said as they are independent. They are looking for evidence while the solicitor is working primarily for your husband and is doing what is in his best interest and unfortunatly not yours
