So my ex is very almost at the end of his journey now so I thought I'd update on my experience of time scale. From initial arrest to second interview took 10 months. He has been advised another interview will be needed very shortly. It's a positive outcome in our case as advised a probable caution. Seems like he was telling the truth the entire time which I'm incredibly thankful for. The investigating officer has been great at keeping me informed of progress band adviced both myself and my childrens Dad when able to advise no evidence found digitally of risk to our children. It's not over but has been such a life-changing, tough, tough, emotional, heartbreaking year. I just wanted to say to all. Hang on in there. Trust your gut and you can get through this whatever the outcome.
