How do u find out if i qualify? I checked the Gov legal aid website and cant see in the list of offences that it covers anything about these kind of offences . Who qualifys and who doesnt and why ?

Sorry if i posted this in the wrong place or if i shouldn't have posted it at all !! Is there a reason it was taken down as it is a genuine question.
Legal advice isn't advised to be shared on the forum. Hence why I removed my comment because even tho I thought I knew some info my partner said it wasn't quite accurate. The gov site does give helpline options to allow you to discuss with a a legal professional. Lucy faithful might be able to help
