In regards to the second interview how long does it take after that for an charge then for the cps to decide then court as my friend isn't classed as a priority he does have previous with police but that's because of his mental health and with the whole of covid 19 happening i imagine that is putting an massive back log on any advice on time frames after the second interview is massively appreciated.

not sure on this second interview, my son was arrested onthe 13/03, charged on the 8/06 court in the 06/08, did not ave a second interview, so don't know how that works x

thanks from most peoples experience they've had second interviews never known them to be charged without a second interview
That's really interesting. My dad was arrested at the knock, interviewed and released under investigation. That was 03/09 and was then sent a court summons with his charges in may sometime and his court date is 03/08. I wondered why there was not a second interview or any contact from police butni assumed it was to do with covid
