I'd just about got over Christmas when through the post comes the financial settlement from my husband, I've just read through it and the lies are littered throughout but I'm going to struggle to prove it!
Why do they play these mind games, my head is mushed as it is without this!
He has put on the form that if he's found guilty there's a strong possibility of a prison sentence!! That will be why he's going not guilty on the off chance that they don't see through him even though there are 2 witnesses (me being one of them and the police the other) to say otherwise!!
I've got people coming round today and was in a good place but now feel like hiding under the covers again!
Why don't these stupid men realise the damage they are doing to others - I know not all men are like that but mine is and it breaks my heart again and again!!

Tracey I’m sorry to hear of your circumstances. Divorce is hell enough without the background of this type of offence. Just focus on where you’ll be in a year, two years, five years time. Dig deep, you will get through it. I know it sounds trite but it’s true. Sometimes I feel the same way, just before Christmas I actually went into my local supermarket, a place I hadn’t stepped foot into for five years. It felt strange and threatening but liberating too.
....and if he’s guilty he WILL be found out. He can plead NG as much as he likes, they will find the evidence and prove the offence.
