My son was arrested and intially relased under bail which was than chaged to RUI. At the time he was charge sheet was section14 of the sexual act-ie grooming and meeting, this is now going to courrt but the charge has beeb changed to somtihning a lot more serious, are the cps ot the police allowed to do this.
