Well. The knock on the door brought its own set of problems.. apart from being addicted to alcohol my son was also addicted to cocaine and porn..which the latter got us all into this mess.. .. police went to his bailed address and gave my son a load of pages/forms to fill in.. .. he didnt have a clue what he was doing so i/we filled them in.... ie:hair colour. Height. Eye colour. Address. Family members. Tatoos.. how he appeared on the day ie;clean. Unshaven.scruffy. etc etc etc.. then another form..risk assessment.to be filled in by himself.. ..surely this was the police,s job to fill all this in whilst talking face to face with my son.. they just beggar beleif..x

It does seem strange that you would need to fill them in yourself, especially the risk assessment. You could always call them to say you dont think these are supposed to be filling them out yourselves and see what they say. If he struggled to fill them in alone then he really should not have been left alone to do them.
