If you're so worried about your son you should speak to his GP. He sounds like he is very depressed which is understable with this offence. Every bit of support they accept will help them with the case as well as mentally xx

I'm really sorry to hear he is feeling so down, I guess it's understandable with the uncertainty of the pending court case. I guess you can signpost to the support services has he called the helpline and just ensure he knows you are there to support him x
