Please can anyone advise what the time scale of reporting the court case to when it/if goes into the paoer.
H/b has court on Friday but no media were there, however I no that they still get informed of the cases on the day.

You might be lucky...if there was no reporter there it might not be in the paper. A reporter was at my husbands pre sentence hearing at the magistrates court and it was reported in the online paper the following day. There was no reporter at crown court a few weeks later and it wasn't reported on.
