Today is the day after 11 months on this hellish roller-coaster. We are prepared for the worse and hoping for the best. At least I have no children to worry about. I don't know how you mums get through this. Jx

Hi Jacqui,

Best wishes for today. I hope it goes as well as it can and that the media are nowhere to be seen! Let us all know the outcome.

As for getting through this with kids.... No idea how we are to be honest... I guess a step at a time xxx

Good luck jacqui

I hope it all goes as quietly as possible for you and you get through the day. As rainbow says I don't know how we get through it but we are warriors for day by day continuing to live with this nightmare. Let us know how you get on xx

2 years prison suspended for 2 years. A shpo and 120 hours unpaid work. I was truly awful and I'm sick of him when you hear the prosecution it brings it all back and I feel like it's all gone back to the first day when the knock happened.

We have so much work to do to get over this. Jx

Sending you huge hugs Jacqie

Keep breathing lovley that feeling like at the start will pass I'm sure. I don't know your story but I'm sure like all of us there is still lots of work to do within the relationships and you still don't have to stay if that's not what's best for you take each day as it goes and I'm not near that point yet I'm sure someone more knowledgeable will pop along to give advice regarding this next stage in this whole mess hopefully where you can start to move on xx

Thank you ladies

He has so many bridges to rebuild with me and his family. But this has taught me big lesson in what is important in life. Probably time for me to say goodbye to the Monday to Friday gravely train and do something more worthwhile.

He is working very hard to be a better man and he is under no illusion that it is now up to him to step up and start thinking about how he can make things right for everyone around him and how he can help the real victims (the children who were abused) in this huge mess.

Jx
