My dad was arrested at 7am in the morning about 4 months ago, 12 police officers searched my parents house. I am still in shock and waiting for second interview to happen.

As we are all in this shit show together and most of us are unable to share this devastating time with friends and other family members it's an extremely lonely time.

lost in your own thoughts, anxiety through the roof, with no one to talk to is recipie for a mental breakdown!

Especially with covid lurking in the background to make things extra shit for us all!!

does anyone want to connect on a WhatsApp group? Instant communication with people who understand you with no judgement.

... coffee meet ups, FaceTime calls or just annoymous chats whatever anyone wants I'd like to set it up.. please let me know if you would like to join! ??
Sending love and healing to anyone reading this ??

Hi Luis

sone of us have already done this . We used to connect on mumsnet. Sometimes with the same names as here and sometimes not until the site stopped us from posting our usernames. There's a post about it under the heading mumsnet. I have spoken to many good ladies on mumsnet and they have started a group on WhatsApp as well. X

Hi Luis I would highly recommend you join the stop so forum. You can send emails that way and share Contact details if you so wish. Xx

Sorry to be a downer but in the interest of safety I do not recommend WhatsApp or private messaging apps as these cannot be moderated. Lucy faithful have a pinned post under the LF topics heading regarding their concern of the use of Mumsnet and I suspect these concerns transpose to other such forums. If the stop it now website has a more open way to connect that could be best.
