Husband has a call saying his bail has expired. They are still waiting for a decision from cps but is no longer on bail. I have no idea what this means or what might happen now xx
Hi, it just means they should have arranged either for the CPS decision to be made by today and someone missed it or they should have called him back in to Renault him if the decision is taking longer than expected. You could always ring the Custody Sgt to clarify what the position is now or your husbands solicitor when you can (not sure if they are working this weekend?)

Sorry, me again. Was your husband given a date to return to the police station to answer bail? It’s not usually an open ended thing?
Yes he shud of been going back this Sunday. It was passed over to the cps beginning of December. He has been rebelled a few times but she it's expired as of Sunday an he does not need to go in. Will send him a letter I think to confirm. So he's now not on bail. Have contacted solicitor just waiting for him to get back in touch. This is all so confusing xx
The best thing to do is just sit and wait for the police to contact your husband and/or his solicitor. Whilst he is no longer on police bail that’s just a formality. He’s waiting for the CPS decision and you must continue to follow any agreements made by social services. I realise it’s tough to wait but it seems to me you’ll get an outcome from the police investigation soon.
