Husband was arrested dec last year for one communication with police decoy (husband made it clear that he was not interested ever in that sort of thing and was using kik for role play)

Devices all came back clear with nothing else on them so only this one conversation in September.

Now awaiting their decision whether to send to CPS how long does this usually take as they have been making a decision since September.

Luckily husband hasn't had second interview there was nothing else found.

Its just frustrating, if the police also used a bit of common sense they would realise that some of these cases are just our husbands/partners not actually wanting this sort of thing and have fallen for something.

I am not defending my husbands actions, end of the day he has been cheating on me for years but he logged onto a role play forum and thats what he thought he was doing. :(
