First interview

Hi All.
it has been almost 11 months since the police knocked on My door, looking for my Husband and removing all of electronic devices.
We have heard nothing until this week, when the police have given him less than 48 hours notice to travel over 400 miles for his first interview, on the day lockdown is due to start.
I'm still very unsure about how this will pan out for him. Will he be arrested straight after his interview? Will they provide a duty solicitor? Will he have to go back for a second interview?

Hi concerned
In the situation we are in knock happened in June, interviewed that day. Released on bail. Decision was to be decided by CPS. Told to appear at station in 28 days that didn't happen, was told to wait 2 weeks, again didn't happen, then told it would definitely happen the following month. COVID has massively had an impact on things but reading between the lines he's moving more quickly than others on here so it's something I guess.
Appeared at police station was read the charges, wasn't arrested, was sent home and told to expect a court date in the post.
He will appear in court in January. That will be for his plea.
Then 28 days from that date I believe he will return for the sentence.
There is a major backlog of cases I believe its 750 plus new cases of this nature every month. Its. Not the quickest or easiest process.
I hope some of this may help you with an insight of how things are going for us. Wishing you lots of love and strength
