just wanted to say thanks to all the wonderful women (mostly women) who are posting on here. Please don’t stop. I am not always posting myself but I am always “lurking” and reading all of your posts. If I am, I’m sure loads of others are too. It’s hard to put all the details of everything on here as worried it will identify me, but the stuff I read or get replies to is so helpful.
also wanted to say that before all this happened I wasn’t the type of person to judge other people harshly. So I know that if I was like that, there must be others out there who also don’t judge too harshly. So if everything does get out, not everyone will join a vigilante mob and try and get us - surely it’s only the minority of people. You have no idea what secrets other people have.

Pleased it helps. I assume lots of people have to be accessing this forum given the sheer numbers of men the police are arresting.
do post if you need support. I sometimes feel I am waffling on. But I have. Sry few people I can talk too. And also don’t want to annoy people by going o er the same thing time after time. I am going to make an effort to have a meal out with my friend later this week though. Even if I don’t say anything I feel I will be breaking the cycle of turning to my ex partner. It’s only been two and a half weeks. I text him sometimes and need to supervise contact with my daughter so it makes it difficult to have a clean break.
I also feel sorry for him. He was stupid and he is so good at computers I just don’t think he thought he would be caught.
i don’t hate him but do feel there was underlying issues that he needs to acces. He has still not opened up so the trust is blown.
the situation is so sad.i still feel numb and don’t think the hurting has hit me xxx
so having the forum is giving me some head space. I need to be strong for my daughter xx
