Any help with ideas for signatures?

I've decided to change my sons name by deed poll. I know it may not work but for those that know my position you may understand my reasoning.
anyway, I need two witnesses on the form. Anyone think of someone who could do this? No one knows what has happened. I rang a solicitor who was really unhelpful. My brain isn't functioning on all cylinders theses days, I'm sure you know what I mean so wondered if anyone had any ideas?

my son had to change his name to my maiden name. When we did it family members signed it for him and it all went through fine. I assume they don't check anything as nothing came back on us. Once you get your deed pole back nobody needs to sign again when you go to change bank, drivers licence, passport etc. They just ask for copy of your deed pole document. It was all very easy to do . Hope this helps x

Thanks everyone. I've found a solicitor that I'm happy with now. She said high street solicitors do it either free or for a small fee so going to do that.
nicenana I have no family and not told anyone and not going to eg friend so that's why I was struggling for ideas. Hope things are ok with you?
