Do they always end up going to prison?
my husband has cheated on an app to a underage child. Only the once never ask for photo or to meet. He say he can't remember the chat!! So I have no clue but I'm 90% sure there will be no other chat to child or photo. Is it prison time? We have 2 child and I want to be able to give them some idea of what the outcome could be.

In a word No, It's not always Prison.
It really depends on the Judge, previous offences, Admittance of crime... There's a lot of factors that are behind a final decision
