Hi everyone,

So I was watching as advised today during my first therapist session to watch a video by Paula Hall called the road to Brighton...

I then by chance was suggested this video:

I'm half way through and by god... This man is inside my head... Everything he is saying is true... Even down to the before they're here it wouldn't be the first time a big disclosure has been dropped and now the trust is gone'

I recommend if you're struggling this might help you a little. It's helping me write down some feelings and thoughts I've been having by making them a little clearer.
