Anyone ever found the images?

Has anyone here ever found illegal images on computer or usb etc? Just wondered what people have done in this situations. Luckily it wasn't me who found it.
Fyi it is illegal to delete iioc and not report it. E.g. there have been cases where people have accidentally come across it and just remove it and move on. The police have the tech to find deleted files and seen as hiding the offence, even if the iioc wasn't sought.
I found my OH re-offending.
I called the police on him myself.
