Having another baby after time on register ends

Can anyone help me understand what might happen if I have another baby after my husband comes off the register? He was put on for 3 years and is due to come off this summer. We already have a child and ss closed the case over a year ago but I'm terrified they would become involved again

We have a SS involved with us since my son born. He is on CIN plan now , previously he was on CPP. We had a family court lawyer involved with our case before and i asked them about this very same question i.e. what will happen if we plan for another baby in future and advice I received was that firstly they should not get involved once case is closed by them for good although if they still decides to involve then we have a copy of assessments done by them that proves my husband being low risk and i am a protective factor so just show them that.
