need to find out, since his arrest my son carried on living with his young family- no conditions were put on him- they even went on holiday togather. He was found gulity on october 20 and put on Interim SOR as his solictor said but he carried on living with his family. he was sentenced in december 20.when he comes home will he be able to carry on living with his family.

He has a 2 year old son who will be almost 4 when he comes home. He got a 30 month sentence 15 in prison, 15 on licnce.I have read a lot on here about men who are not allowed to live with their family from day 1, ss did contact my dil when he was first arrested but they took no action.His solictor on the day of the sentencing told us when he comes home he should be able to carry on living with his family. The charge for communiaction and arranging to meet- a police decoy.
