Probation have been and seen my partner today and they have to do a report and asked about the community care order what is the likely hood that the Judy may agree to this or not x

The sentencing depends on the judge on the day really. They have to take into consideration the probation report but the judges might go a different way to the suggestions. Sorry that .ay not be fully helpful. It is hard to gauge the proportion of cases when judges stick to the probation suggestions.

OK he is been charged with trying to publish obsesen sexual article and solicitor and probation said the only problem with spended stentions is the fact of no address to turn to, x

Ah I can see if he doesnt have an address that will be an issue. But I would hope isnt a reason for custodial on only those grounds. My partner had to register as a Sex offender within three days of sentencing, which means an address is disclosed. Also if a suspended sentence is past I believe in most cases a SHPO is given which is the main restriction preventing many offenders from living with children.
It may be worth seeing how your partner can have an alternative address so that if a suspended sentence is passed they have somewhere to go.

Update my partner got a prison sentence total of 15 month do 3 on remained left 4 to serve, probation for 12 month whilst on that he has to do mental health course and understand well-being course,, judge said he will not be put on the SOR or SHPO so really hoping we can get him the help and start rebuilding our lives,,,
