Hi Yellowhouse...

Just for information re access to ALL details of offence and evidence obtained by the police / prosecution you can get permission off your partner to visit his solicitor alone if necessary and read what's been going on.

I did this with my own hubby... He wasn't in a position to deny me.. If he had it would have been a huge red flag and divorce.

He gave his solicitor permission to visit and I read reports etc and asked questions without him being there... I didn't want him in the room, not to be cruel but so I could be open without fear he was watching...
