Does anyone know what charges are likely for the offence of engaging in a sexual act on line with someone underage first time offence no other crime record at all suffers mental health issues never been in trouble before thanks

I'm not too familiar with 'contact' offences, which it seems this might be the case. As in direct contact with a child (decoy or not). A solicitor would be able to provide better insight. If not the stop it now site might have something or the https://www.sentencingcouncil.org.uk.
I have used it for checking laws in possession of iioc but it might have something on engagement with a child.
