My husband wants to ask for help. He wants to find out why and what makes him do what he did.
so my question is where do he start iv seen talks about online courses but not sure where to find them. I want to help him as much as I can but not sure what I can do.

The stop it now site I believe has online modules. The inform course is very helpful too, but not free- Lucy faithful offer installment plans.
The helpline is definitely a good start
He could also look into CBT and other therapy for learning to better cope with stress, there might be NHS courses on addiction overall? Ofc these options won't be specific to online sex offending but improving mental resilience is also a key task for rehabilitation.

Hello - another one I just got my partner to sign up for is stopso which has been recommended to me a few times on the helpline. They can offer help for the offender or those that have been sexually abused, or both if the offender has suffered that type of thing themself too.
You have to fill in a form and then they get back to you within 72 hours, but again it isn't free.
I'd definitely recommend ringing the stop it now helpline too, as I asked them about stuff like that plus the inform course which is something you can do and then there is a course your partner can do too. Maybe see if they can point you in the right direction?

My husband did the lff inform plus course and I did the course for partners and family so that I could best understand his offending and help support.
Therapy is a great help and you can get recommendations from stopso. The modules on their site are also good to work through together. Xx
