So the crafty SW spoke to my 3year old or she said she'd spoke to her while I was out of the room getting one of my other children which the SW had sent me for. She claims that my child told her they had seen daddy which is not true but even if anyone asks her she will say she's seen him or has been to his work to see him (which is impossible as he's suspended while this investigation goes on)

my SW questioned me greatly and the way she went about me I feel she didn't believe my answers that we hadn't seen daddy.
Is the SW in the wrong? Can she question the 3year old with out my permission? Can she question her without me there?
you can make a 3year old say anything with the right questioning or even say that they said something when they haven't. I'm so angry and pissed at her. I'm used to them twisting things they have been told but this to me is devious and under handed. We're supposed to trust these people with our families and decisions regarding them then they do this.
If it's brought up in a core meeting what my 3year old has supposed to have said can I argue if the SW is in the wrong and get it struck off the report or meetings minuets?
thanks for reading again x

Ohhh I'd be so upset if this happened. Like you said depending on how your ask a question you can more or less get them to answer the way you want them too. Your little one is 3, that's so teeny to have there words hold any weight about stuff like this obviously other than a disclosure. Does this SW have children her self!?! Would your child really have just randomly said I saw daddy.... Without being asked. I think my 3 year old would definitely say yes even though it's been months. They have no sense of time. Mine would probably say yes I saw him earlier then he went to work. Talk to the Family Rights Group! Lots of love xxxx
