Recent story has me questioning justice / risk factors?!

Yea the justice system is broken I always know that but never know how broken,, my partner had a conversation with a police decoy and told them everything,, he has never been able to express his emotions they deemed as having no emotions or remoser because he speaks very flat toned and didn't break down crying and shouting and was not on his meds. Now he having them everyday he said the emotions floored him and he hates himself and beats himself up every night for doing what he has done,, the numbers for all these crime will keep going up and up because we not meant to talk about we should walk away it so angrs me because they are labled and they will never change they will do it again its in them I just wow how can someone change when u already condend them xx but then people that do do things don't seam to get that much trouble but he can go back to been ss in a year really sorry hun it just get my back and if we said this to ss we would called everything x
Just unbelievable they make out our men are monsters and yet this person can have his job back
When we had the knock the OIC said we don't like to send people to court we like to get them lots of help.

9 months later hub 2 year community order, 5 years on the SOR, lost his job, and not seen his three grandchildren since because of SS. First offence completely remorseful.

Unbelievable! My husband is in prison for chatting to an imaginary person and going to meet - Who actually was a 30 something vigilante.... who has the thought process of an adult. Never ever touched anyone or been inappropriate, not in a position of working with children. Was filmed named and shamed on the day, left in limbo for 19 months.
Our justice system is a complete joke. No consistency. It is, as someone said a complete lottery. X

OMG!! Do not get me started! That is ridiculous! All the stories I read on here about the fight women have with SS and he potentially might keep his job, what a farce!. I wonder if he has a wife or partner and what the SS were like with him when it all happened? What an absolute joke!
