How long does it take please for CPS to decide it's been with them since Jan this year and 2nd interview was 3rd week of March? Thanks.

It took nearly 4 months from case going to cps to court! More torturous waiting!
Took 6 months, was sent off after 8 weeks but took ages to come back. Horrible limbo time
Thankyou Tabs and New and Confused. I asked OIC if covid would mean delays and asked if could take as long as July but OIC said no and should hear way before that.
When looking at the waiting times you also need to take account how long the police still have the file before sending onto the CPS after Interview. In our naviety we thought the file would be sent on in a matter of days after interview, it took over a month before sending on.
Thanks for the heads up Alison20 still waiting and not heard any update as of yet. Close to 2 months now since second interview. Really hope it's not much longer
