Has anyone had their partner come back home to live with them once they've been given their sentence?
How did you deal with it such as approaching ss?

Yes my husband returned home a few months after sentencing. We had to push SS to do a reassessment as they were very reluctant to do this (even though the restrictions in place in terms of contact with the children were the same as those from when he was on bail!)
in the end SS were supportive (we got allocated a new SW who was excellent) and they've now closed our case. I suspect it was in my husbands favour that there was only one occasion when he looked at images and there were less than ten in total. He is however on the SOR for ten years and has a SHPO.
