Is there any way I can find out if my ex has been up in court yet for sentencing?

You should be able to go back through the court listings for the court to see if his name was listed

Hi

you can look at the magistrate court roll and high court rolls. If he's been to court his name will be on the lists x

Hi Christine

You can phone the court. If he has appeared, it is in public interest and you can find out what his punishment was.

I hope you are keeping well x

You will drive yourself crazy as there are so many per day. I. Simply called the court and the clerk told me everything I needed to know.

I have found out he's up in court on Wednesday he's already plead so I thought this would be his sentancing but supposedly it's not? They're still discussing the interdict? When will this be over!

If he has already been to court to enter his plea then the next date, Wednesday, should be his sentencing. However, in my partner's case he turned up for sentencing but had to be turned away due to issues with the courts not being prepared to see him.

Hopefully this end soon for you to help with closure.

I've spoken to the local paper and they say that it's not up for sentancing
