Need some advice ladie
Notifications OFF
So my partner is to be released in June and then we are off to the family courts so far I have the following to put forward to the courts that I have do to show I am a protective parent,,
My child protection plan
Safeguarding plan
Emergency plan if I cant pick the children up from school or if I am taken ill,,
I have done the inform course
Supervisor contact only
Doing reports for everytime my partner has contact with my children
Can anyone thing of anything else I can do to show I am a protective parent please,,
I have said he has to do the informed plus course
He has to show he is managing his risk
He's on his medication and having regular med reviews
He not drinking
He to have counciling
Do u think I am been unrealistic help please

I do not have any experience with family court but you are approacing this very positively and doing so much to show that you are a protectice parent. There may be some specific things that the family court wants you to do , but I'm confident that they will be pleased with your plan so far.
