So today was the day we went back to magistrates for sentencing. He's been sentenced to 5 years on the SOR, 30 hours of counciling/courses with probation to be taken within 12 months and a £200 fine. No SHPO, No community services and No prison! Couldn't have hoped for a better sentence plus I didn't see a court reporter. After two years and one month of stress since the knock it's finally over

Hey hunny

So glad to hear it's all over for you guys...

The waiting is horrific and unnecessary... I hope and prey nothing will be reported for you. I think it's less likely if only magistrates isn't it?

Take care hunny. Well done surviving the past 2 years. I think we should get a bloody medal when we are through it!!! Xx

So pleased this part is over for you.

We were magistrate only , unfortunately it did get reported we live in a small village. Hopefully you avoid the media, if it gets reported it doesn't stay in for long.

Take care of you

Anne
