Hi, now its going g to court after being reasonably strong im falling apart can anyone recommend any counselling I could access, also maybe couples counselling i feel it has finally sunk i

Have you contacted stopitnow ? They can offer counselling or stopso is another one.
I'm not sure of others I'm sure there is a few.

Stop it now have a database of specialists who are trained in iioc offending. If you don't want to go through them just be mindful not all therapists are versed in these types of offending and can make counselling more stressful if they are not too professional about the matter.
You could also look into CBT offered by the NHS. Im in the south and managed to join a group after a few weeks of self referral.
