I've been trying to call the helpline on and off for a week now, I must have called at least 30 times at different times of the day and it's always engaged. How on earth do people get through - is there a quieter time that I could try? I can't talk to anyone about this and I'm getting desperate.
A useful tip is keep holding on, even when it says try later - as it starts ringing again and keeps retrying to connect you- hope that makes sense. I used this technique the other day and I only waited about ten minutes before getting through.
