My son is likely to be at a new address by October/Nov. If worst comes to worst and the media publish his case, will it be under his new address where he'll be registered, or under mine? I'm worried because we live in a village, but he is moving away soon as he planned to well before arrest so not related as such.

for us, when my husband went to court he was living at his parents address and the press reported street name and area for this address however, they also named the village he was living in when he was arrested which we are still living in. I'm not sure how they got this information as it wasn't read out in court.
However, I know some people have not had previous address published so unfortunately I don't think there is a definite answer. Fingers crossed you will be one of the many lucky ones.
