Sad mum

Unfortunately it's not as easy as that as I have found out.

I am absolutely petrified of my sons biological father getting hold of my address. I won't go into many details but many years ago he left me for dead and then took me to court for access to my kids he didn't get access and my children ( older ) havnt seen him from baby's.

I asked for my address to be withheld due to Feering my life and I have PTSD and have all police reports but solicitor said judge will say yes or no on the day of court. If you have an extremely good reason they will withhold address but have to have evidence supporting this.

I suppose I am now at the stage where what will be will be I tried.

I am here because of my son.

Maybe talk to your solicitor .. I really hope you get a better outcome than mine x

In my partners case they read the address of the house he was living at the time of his arrest, because that was where the iioc was traced to. So they might say the address anyway regardless of who owns it

As mentioned he could request for it to withheld but not sure how successful it will be.

They may only say the street name, unfortunately as my husband Street name was read out and it was different from where the offence took place, and we had asked for it not to be read out due to our daughter being suicdal
