My partner has his interview with probation officer tomorrow for pre sentencing report, he is crown court next Tuesday, this interview is on the telephone, has anyone else had this interview via telephone, now things are getting better I was surprised it wasn't face to face, we are both concerned because surely it is better to do this face to face, you can get different perceptions of somebody on the phone, and we fear it might be hard to get across things,i understand the need to be careful but this on my partners life and future. Hi everyone, phone call went well, probation officer was really helpful, said he is going to recommend very low risk and community service but it is obviously down to the judge on the day, my partner has had to leave his job in finance because he would he had to disclose it, I pray all the time it won't end up in the media
